Yoga in the Grove

Join Kelliann for yoga in the magical grove of redwoods and pines at Horse & Plow Tasting Room in Sebastopol. Your ticket includes a 75-minute yoga and sound bath experience within a flower-lined grove of trees.

We’ll close out the season together with a fall-inspired, locally sourced salad served back at the outdoor tasting room. Our standard ticket includes a glass of wine or cider—there are many varieties to choose from, and all are amazing! For those who prefer not to drink, we offer our NA ticket, which includes yoga, salad, and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a mat, plus a blanket to place beneath your mat. Dress in layers, as October weather can be cooler. If you need to rent a yoga mat & block ($5) or blanket ($5), please let Kelliann know in advance. The Horse & Plow property is both kid and dog friendly. While we cannot allow dogs or young children in class, your family is welcome to join you after to enjoy the beautiful grounds and experience all that Horse & Plow has to offer. This is our last Yoga in the Grove of the year—a perfect way to gather in community, honor the season, and welcome autumn together.
