At Room For Pilates Studio owner Ruth Dreier offers one on one therapeutic Pilates sessions on the Pilates Reformer, Mat and Barre. At the beginning of the one hour sessions clients are carefully listened to as they describe what their body’s needs are or what their goals are for the session. Each client receives a guided hour of Pilates exercises and movement sequences that meet their original requests.
