You will enjoy abundant outdoor amenities, including a large 10’ deep swimming pool, Hot Springs spa as well as a covered arbor living/dining and cooking area. Adjacent to these amenities there is gas firepit with a relaxing seating arrangement. Retire to the warm interior of the home or continue your day or night with a trip to town.

Casa Chiquita’s landscaped property encourages guests to wander and let your day to day life slip away. There are several varieties of bountiful fruit trees, lush greenery and serene paths. You will find yourself easing into vacation mode in no time. Feel free to pick and enjoy any of fresh, ripe fruit or herbs that are in season on the property!

Now, let’s explore the spacious and inviting home. The large entry room offers a comfortable sofa, an original 1900’s solid oak antique icebox and provides a relaxing space to stop on your way in or for gearing up on your way out. Each bedroom is unique with soothing features. The master has a king bed with luxurious linens, a spacious closet, TV, full sized bath and shower. It also opens to a private deck with a dining table, additional seating and is just steps to the hot tub. The “pool” bedroom has a king bed and views of the pool. You can step out through the sliding door to take a swim or enjoy the fire pit and hot tub. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the “front room”. The front room overlooks the valley and offers a queen bed, leather loveseat sitting area and private entrance through the front of the home. It is down a short hall, tucked away from the other living areas of the home. The modern kitchen is abundantly supplied with everything you need to entertain. The 4-burner Wolf stove and well-appointed kitchen will tease your culinary creativities. The beautiful dining room is a perfect place to enjoy meals with your friends and family. Lastly, the warm and inviting living room provides plenty of space to relax while reading or watching TV. This home is set up with a Sonos sound system, Xfinity Wi-Fi and Lutron smart lighting controls.
