A country home, 9.2 miles from downtown, there is quick access to Healdsburg, Forestville and the River Communities, and near dozens of wineries. The road is also a popular one for bicycling. Accommodating 10 guests comfortably, this two story farmhouse boasts three formal bedrooms with King, Queen and Queen beds, and a loft with four twin beds. Walk into a comfy living room, a throwback to gathering around the fireplace and reminiscing about the day or week, settling in against a warm fire. The formal dining room accommodating 10 is sure to make lots of memories, a large table perfect for holiday or special meals or family-style feasts.

A second living/recreation room with sectional sofas is perfect for teens or children who need their own entertainment, cartoons or games. A white and bright kitchen has gas range, lots of counter and cabinet space and breakfast nook. The pool is an easy walk to from the kitchen area, and is solar heated May 1- Oct 1, and a and hot tub complete the outdoor water features. Picture you and your guests relaxing in the warm sun and afternoon breezes, one of you in a hammock, the other grilling lunch or dinner, lounging pool side while others swim and cool off. Gardens with vegetables and flowers, a propane bbq and a row of sunflowers accents the outdoor area and guests are encouraged to take only what they can use during their stay, leaving produce for other upcoming guests to enjoy.
