Wine Aging Caves – Carved into a steep hillside just behind the winery, over a half mile of wine aging caves have been tunneled through ancient five-million-year-old volcanic lava flows.  At the farthest reaches of the caves, the VIP dining room awaits with its stage of iron red volcanic rock and arched ceilings.  Our wine caves offer an unparalleled experience as you dine 175 feet below a Syrah vineyard and enjoy the distinctive aromas of wines slumbering in their small French and American oak barrels.  The dining room is the ideal setting for  celebrations, rehearsal dinners and corporate gatherings.

Winemaker’s Plaza Venue – This engaging area is located just outside our Tasting Room nestled under pecan trees and surrounded by the beautiful gardens of our visitor’s center.  Guests will experience the sites and sounds of winemaking while gazing upon the surrounding hillside and valley floor vineyards.  Start your celebratory day with a ceremony at one of the Estate vineyard hospitality sites and then celebrate the night away with dinner and dancing on our Winemaker’s Plaza.
