- We are a Baptiste Affiliate and offer a variety of vinyasa (movement) based classes. We offer 30+ classes per week from moderately heated Power Vinyasa Yoga (Baptiste Inspired) to Cool Flow and Slow Flow. We have Restorative and Yoga Nidra as well as Yang/Ying and Flow & Restore. Our kids class is on Wednesday at 4:15 and for the early risers we even have 6am classes on Tuesday & Thursday mornings.
