  • Fogline Vineyards is both a winery and a concept. Launched in 2009, we make small lots of Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Syrah and Chardonnay. Our home vineyard is located in the Sonoma Coast appellation, at the top of Sonoma Mountain. This area of the Sonoma Coast is known as the Petaluma Gap, noteworthy for the wind and fog that blows in through a gap in the costal hills. These conditions create the distinct environment needed to grow world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In addition, we source fruit from the top of Bradford Mountain in the Dry Creek Valley appellation. At 1200 feet of elevation, this organically grown vineyard produces Zinfandel and Syrah with distinct mountain-grown characteristics.

Enjoy our relaxed tasting atmosphere at our winery and tasting room located at the gateway to the Russian River Valley. Minutes from downtown Santa Rosa and Highway 101, take the River Road exit and head West toward the Russian River Valley wine country and resort area. We are the first winery on the right side of the road. Look for our outdoor seating area with red umbrellas and picnic tables along with our bocce court. No reservations required -- the tables, bocce court and cornhole boards are available first-come-first-served basis.

Tasting room open Saturday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. No reservations required, but if you are planning on bringing a group of 8 or more, please call us at 707-361-4515 to ensure availability. Our tasting menu varies throughout the year but usually has a mix of red and white wines with fees ranging from $15 - $25. Tasting fees are waived with 2 bottle purchase.

    • Very Nice Tasting

Found them through Groupon. Had a very nice tasting with some very good Pinot. Also had an Olive Oil tasting, and we actually decided to buy a bottle to take home back east.
