Located on the historic downtown Sonoma Square, the Pangloss Tasting Lounge is a carefully restored architectural showpiece that is an integral part of Sonoma’s rich history. Tastings, flights, small-plate pairings and by-the-glass options available, $25-$50. OPEN DAILY Sunday through Thursday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
