Volo Chocolate, based in Windsor, is the passion project of two chefs who fell in love with the flavors and soul of Mexican chocolate. For the chocolate fanatic, you can subscribe to a 4 or 6 bars per month shipment. Imagine the sweet delight of receiving deep chocolate flavors every month. Cheese

Surprise the cheese lover with a gift of cheese every quarter. William Cofield Cheesemakers handcrafts British-style cheese in West Sonoma County. Receive an aged Cheddar, a Stilton-inspired blue and a guest cheese when you join their cheese club. Elsewhere, Petaluma Creamery crafts three cheese brands — Spring Hill Jersey Cheese, Petaluma Creamery Cheese, and Petaluma Gold Cheese — and each one highlights different flavors. Meats

Winemaker and salumi artist Pete Seghesio invites you to join Journeyman Meat Co.’s Meat Guild salumi/meat club, which you can also send to your friends and family, too. Each quarter, you’ll receive two limited edition salumi packs, packaged with serving and wine pairing suggestions. That might mean Sonoma Rosso old world style dry salame flecked with red wine, pepper, and fennel or black and white truffle salame. Cider

Husband-and-wife team Chris Condos and Suzanne Hagins pour all-organically grown Pinot Noir and hard apple cider at their rustically styled, barn-like tasting room on the north edge of Sebastopol. Members of the Horse & Plow cider club are treated to limited production and single-varietal ciders four times per year.

Other Sonoma County cider clubs include the iconic Golden State Cider, which offers access to a selection of terrior-driven, hard-to-find ciders through their cider club. Shipments include tasting notes and videos for a virtual tasting with the cider maker.
