Death and Taxes Swing Band

Sonoma Swings! Join the Death and Taxes Swing band every 3rd Tuesday of the month at Sonoma County’s most comfortable and welcoming new venue, the California!

Every third Tuesday, The California Theater throws open its doors for an all-ages and all-abilities swing dance. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. At 7 p.m. there will be a swing dance lesson and shortly after, the Death and Taxes Swing band takes the stage with live, danceable music until 9 p.m.

The Death and Taxes Swing Band is a unique group made up of seasoned professionals and talented local college students playing the greatest swing hits of the 40’s, with a few 90’s swing revival songs - all at a danceable tempo and a comfortable volume level. The California is a welcoming and casual venue.
