Her ArtesHumanis programs are designed to teach you how to get in touch with your Physical Intelligence to start taking control of your thinking and mental capabilities.

Each participant will receive an aromatherapy lavender sachet to take home. Coffee and snacks will be served. Be sure to wear durable shoes appropriate for a farm visit.
