What is the difference between dry, cracking, nutrient-depleted dirt, and rich, moist, crumbly, chocolate cake like soil? In this class, you will learn about the invisible, underground microbiological community that makes a difference and what you can do to support that life. Bridging ancestral wisdom with modern science, activities will revive your senses and observational skills while incorporating insights found by looking at soil under magnification. Led by DaVero’s soil team, Winemaker Rea Princely and Soil Keeper Michael Presley.
