Lake Sonoma Steelhead Festival
It's the 11th annual Lake Sonoma Steelhead Festival! A free, fun, and educational event offering plenty of family entertainment, rain or shine. California's largest celebration of the threatened Steelhead Trout allows you to enjoy wildlife and conservation exhibits hosted by more than 50 organizations and get up close and personal with steelhead as they push upstream and climb the fish ladder to spawn the next generation of fish.
Visit the Warm Springs-Don Clausen Fish Hatchery, take a stream tour and fish for a trout to take home for dinner (kids 5 to 15 only). Enjoy art projects, archery, a bubble show, live music by Blue Rock Band, food trucks, Dry Creek Valley wines, Bear Republic Beer, a silent auction. and live birds of prey. Pick out a free book from the Bookmobile of Sonoma County!
