Sonoma Pueblo Day celebrates the beginning of Mexican civil governing of Sonoma in 1834. Join in the fun celebrations with a family friendly Historical Ice Cream Tour!

 

Pick up an Ice Cream Tour Passport at General Vallejo's statue on the historic Sonoma Plaza. Visit four Sonoma locations, do the activities at each place, and get your passport stamped. Completing the tour entitles each participant to an ice cream from Sweet Scoops Ice Cream!

 

Passports can be picked up between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and they include a map showing the four locations to visit:

 

Sonoma Barracks on Sonoma Plaza
Visit the Exhibits and get your Passport stamped.
11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

 

Depot Park Museum
Examine the Vallejo Exhibit. Then write a note to the General and get your Passport stamped.
11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

 

Maysonnave House
Visit the House and gardens and get your Passport stamped.
11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
A play about preserving historic houses will be performed at 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

 

Blue Wing Inn
Check out one of the first inns in California and part of Mission San Francisco Solano founded 4 July 1823
Get your passport stamped 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

 

Return your completed, stamped Passport to the General Vallejo statue and go enjoy your ice cream!

 

Take time to snap a selfie with the General or sitting on the Sonoma Valley Historical Society's Moon, 12:00-4:00.
