Women in Whiskey at Spoonbar

On March 29 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Spoonbar in Healdsburg will host “Women in Whiskey,” an immersive experience featuring an engaging talk, guided tasting, and hands-on cocktail class spotlighting George Dickel’s acclaimed barrel-aged whiskeys. The event will highlight the craft and leadership of Nicole Austin, General Manager and Distiller of George Dickel.

Attendees will explore the whiskey-making process, its rich history, and distinct tasting notes before stepping behind the bar with Spoonbar’s Bar Manager, Chris Read, for a hands-on cocktail-making session. Each guest will craft two signature cocktails, complemented by curated small bites from Spoonbar.
